Paul Parker heads up the Corporate Finance practice at Hampson and Company. Paul has over fifteen years’ experience in finance transactions and originally practiced as a solicitor in London at City firm Ashursts before moving to Maples and Calder in the Cayman Islands.
Paul has a diverse legal background and advises clients on general commercial & corporate matters, investment funds, structured finance matters, general finance matters, trusts, stock exchange listings and has recently been involved in a number of bespoke transactions in the cryptocurrency industry.
In addition to being a Certified Bitcoin Professional pursuant to the Crypto Currency Certification Consortium, Paul has completed the online London School of Economics certificate in Cryptocurrency and Disruption.
