Edward has extensive experience in M&A advisory, private equity, and innovative technologies. He previously led an independent M&A advisory firm, guiding public companies and investment firms in executing buy-and-build strategies while serving as an interim director for multiple funds and their portfolio companies.
Over his career, Edward has successfully executed more than 30 M&A transactions across 14 jurisdictions, including the USA, EU, and the Middle East, with a total transaction value exceeding $20 billion.
Edward’s expertise includes a tenure at Foresight Group, a UK-based private equity firm managing approximately $15 billion in AUM, where he focused on the firm’s proprietary fintech innovation investments. He founded and successfully exited a UK-based technology business in 2012.
Earlier in his career, Edward was part of Accenture’s M&A and Private Equity team, where he contributed to scaling the Fintech Innovation Lab. Currently, he serves as an independent director for several funds and operating companies, leveraging his significant experience in digital assets and emerging technologies.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Edward now resides in the Cayman Islands.
